Innovative technologies for advanced processing of plant resources from fruit and viticulture
BIOHORTINOV – Component project 4
6PCCDI/2018 – PC4
Project goal
The main objective of the project is to capitalize on the bioactive potential of plant resources from fruit and viticulture. Both fresh fruit (especially shrub fruit) and vegetable waste resulting from primary processing (e.g. vegetable waste resulting from grape squeezing), have a rich content of bioactive by-products, poorly used in Romanian industry. Within the project we aim to develop advanced processing technologies for plant products from fruit and viticulture, up to TRL 5.
