AP4 Porometer
The AP4 leaf porometer measures the diffusion conductance by comparing the humidification rate in a small tank (chamber) with the readings obtained with a calibration plate. One can directly read the stomatal conductance or the stomatal resistance. This is a measure of the resistance to water vapor loss through the stomata and is an indicator of the physiological state of the plant. The stomata are sensitive to light, carbon dioxide, pollutants, water stress and pathogens. In fact, it is measured how long it takes for a leaf to release enough water vapor to change the relative humidity in a small, fixed-sized chamber. Producer: Delta-T Devices
Portable Photosynthesis System LCpro T
The system is used to measure the environment in the case of a leaf with effects in the jaw chambers and to calculate the photographic activities for a leaf or for a change in the measures associated with soil biomass respiration. The main console provides the air or relatively stable CO2 concentration in the room at the measured speed. The concentration of CO2 and H2O is measured and the air is directed to both surfaces of the leaf. The care of the exhaust air is analyzed and the CO2 content (generally low) and H2O (high) are determined. Differences in gas concentration and air flow, assimilation rates and transpiration are calculated every 20 seconds. Producer: ADC Bioscientific Ltd
Chlorophyll Fluorometer PAM-2500
The PAM-2500 employs measuring light of 630 nm consisting of 1 μs pulses given at frequencies from 10 Hz to 200 kHz. Strong red actinic light of 630 nm is provided by a Chip-On-Board LED array.
