HPLC 1200 Series with RID detector
(G1310A)-ISO HPLC Pump, equipped with PLgel 5 lm MIXED-C column, dimensions L Di = 300 7.5 mm The sensitive and robust Agilent 1200 Series G1362A Infinity Refractive Index Detector (RID) is the detector of choice for fast and reliable LC results when you are routinely analyzing non-UV absorbing substances, such as carbohydrates, lipids and polymers. The detector is also ideal for gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and size exclusion chromatography (SEC).
Potentiometric digital titrator – Metrhom 848 Titrino plus
The 848 Titrino plus is a titrator for volumetric titrations for universal applications. With 848 Titrino Plus, the following titration and measuring modes are supported: • DET – Dynamic equivalence point titration. The reagent is added in variable volume steps. • MET – Monotonic equivalence point titration. The reagent is added in constant volume steps. • SET – Endpoint titration at one or two specified endpoints. • CAL – Electrode calibration. For volumetric water determinations, it is used the 803 KF Titration Stand for stirring and for exchanging the used working medium. The built-in pump aspirates off the used titration solution and adds new working medium without the cell having to be opened.
Spin CoaterKW-4A – Chemat
The Spin Coater is a programmable centrifugal system, intended for the deposition of thin films from solutions, under conditions of high reproducibility, on smooth surfaces of different types (glass, quartz, mica, silicon, etc.) and with variable dimensions. The most important aspects for ensuring correct, so reproducible, measurements are (i) the preparation and history of the sample, and (ii) the measurement procedure, including the equipment and devices to be used. The first aspect is related to the sample, through the sample understanding both the material to be analyzed and the form in which it is placed. The second aspect concerns the experimental conditions required to be respected.
Evolution 260 BIO UV-Visible Spectrophotometer – Thermo Scientific
The UV-visible 260 BIO spectrophotometer is a new model for 3 measurement modes: absorption, transmission and concentration. The device features the INSIGHT software and an optional touch screen. The spectrophotometer can be characterized by sales performance, rapid use and reliability.
MultiTherm Shaker – Benchmark
MultiTherm Shaker is an ideal agitator for intense mixing of samples with set temperatures. The types of mixing and temperature control can be used both simultaneously and independently, the device being able to function as an agitator and / or incubator. The instrument base can be used with different modules. The tool is applicable for DNA analysis, extraction of lipids and other cellular components, PCR amplification, pre-denaturation in electrophoresis, etc.
Pulsar HC 60 Benchtop NMR -Oxford Instruments US
Pulsar is a benchtop, cryogenfree NMR spectrometer that offers high performance without the special requirements associated with superconducting magnet instruments. With a small footprint, Pulsar is suited to virtually any laboratory from the teaching or organic synthesis laboratory, to near-line in an industrial production area. Pulsar gives you class-leading performance. Incorporating a 1.4 T (60MHz proton resonance) rare-earth permanent magnet with superior homogeneity, Pulsar provides outstanding spectral resolution in a benchtop system.
Potentiostat/Galvanostat PGSTAT204 – Metrohm Analytics Romania
The PGSTAT204 combines the small footprint with a modular design. The instrument includes a base potentiostat/galvanostat with a compliance voltage of 20 V and a maximum current of 400 mA or 10 A in combination with the BOOSTER10A. The potentiostat can be expanded at any time with one additional module, for example the FRA32M electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) module. The PGSTAT204 is an affordable instrument which can be located anywhere in the lab. Analog and digital inputs/outputs are available to control Autolab accessories and external devices are available. The PGSTAT204 includes a built-in analog integrator. In combination with the powerful NOVA software it can be used for most of the standard electro-chemical techniques

Laboratory equipments for conditioning of bulk powder materials – MILLS, ATTRITOR, PLANETARY MILL, ULTRASONIC PROCESSOR
Contraplex Mill typically deliver high grinding fineness in the range 10 – 500µm, especially with brittle and crystalline materials. The Contraplex CW wide-chamber housing prevents coating formation, builds up and thus blockages in the machine and is especially suited for moist, oily, fatty or hygroscopic products. The planetary monomill can be used for mixing and homogenization of dry samples, of emulsions and of pastes. In order to prevent excessive abrasion, the hardness of the grinding bowl used and of the grinding balls must be higher than that of the material used. The attritor versatility is gained by the ability to operate under a range of conditions: grinding media type, size and amount; different machine speeds
